  26. your Control Panel, start Add/Remove Programs, select the line 
  27. where it says n-CASE then press the Install/Unintall button. If you 
  28. uninstall n-CASE Rosoft Audio Tools will no longer work. For more 
  29. information read below.

  43. download our software.By downloading our software, you are consenting to the
  44. information collection, use and disclosure practices described in this

  47. the policy was revised. Therefore, we encourage you to check our privacy

  51. The 180Solutions private labeled 180Window provides a connection between the
  52. end user "You" and advertisers.End users receive various incentives to allow
  53. the private labeled 180Window to deliver advertisements based on the
  54. end-user's demographic profile and Internet activity. The 180Solutions
  55. service also provides end users with the option to receive email
  56. communications from advertisers. 180Solutions will only release generalized
  57. cumulative information to sponsors and the industry, but will not release
  58. your personal data to any third party to solicit you unless you have elected
  59. to permit it as described below. If you decide to take advantage of an offer
  60. from a sponsor or advertiser within the 180Window, you would need to submit
  61. your personal information yourself, directly to that sponsor, and you need
  62. to be comfortable with their privacy policy.

  75. information to learn more about its audience. 180Solutions also uses this
  76. information to provide you with content and information most attuned to your
  77. interests.

  81. information to be shared with our partners for the purpose of receiving this

  89. When you run the 180Solutions 180Window, the software generates logs of your
  90. surfing activity, including web pages you have visited and the order in
  91. which you visited these pages. We use these logs for market research
  92. purposes and to provide you with offers and savings specifically targeted to
  93. your interests and habits. 180Solutions stores these logs on our servers,
  94. for our use. We may remove the personally identifying information from these
  95. surfing logs and share the resulting "aggregate" data with third parties.
  96. However, this aggregate data will not identify you individually.

  100. In order to prevent fraud, 180Solutions monitors which programs are running
  101. on your computer at the same time you run the 180Solutions software. This
  102. information is never shared with any other companies in a manner that would
  103. identify you individually.

  108. We may use other third-party services to assist us in providing
  109. advertisements to you.These services may place cookies on your hard drive
  110. and use the cookies to tailor advertisements to you by profiling your use of

  113. however, the services may collect information such as your IP address, your
  114. browser type and the date and time that advertisements were served to you.
